Shipping time depends on availability of the product, indicated on the product page. If the product is in our warehouse, we will ship it within 48 hours from the payment. Shipping time takes from 1 to 7 business days.
For some remote areas, islands or exports, the delivery time may take longer as customs are also involved.
What are the available shipping options?
Available items are typically delivered within 24-72 hours via UPS or DHL courier. Shipping costs are free for orders above €125. Orders below €125 are charged 30€ for shipping costs.
Certain items are only available via pallet delivery. We'll take care of that in order to get your products safe and sound.

Where is my package?
As soon as your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. You can use this shipping confirmation to track the progress of your shipment live. Please note that tracking will only actually be active when the package is scanned at the first courier depot. Therefore, several hours may pass between our notification of dispatch and the appearance of information in the tracking.
Why has my order not yet been shipped?
Available items are shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. or on a weekend are processed during the next business day and delivered to the courier on the day after. Items ordered but not immediately in stock will be shipped as soon as they are delivered by the manufacturer. Again, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. Please note that orders with the prepayment method will be processed and shipped only after payment is received.
Why does my order arrive in different packages?
We always try to send an order in one package. We often send large quantities of orders or items that are not immediately in stock separately, also so that you can receive available items quickly. In any case you will receive separate tracking for each package.
How to send an item back?
ClaveClub orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery of the goods.
How to pack the item?
To avoid damage in transit, please pack the goods carefully (in the original shipping box).
How to make a return?
- To make a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating customer number and invoice number, and specifying which item you would like to send back.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail.
Within 14 days we will refund you the amount of your purchase. However, before making the refund, we reserve the right to verify that the good returned is in the same conditions as it was originally shipped, is not damaged and working properly.
